    In all my years on first eBay and the last18-20 years on Amazon I have never seen a more carefully packaged or more protected item than you did with my replacement Christmas mug! I was nervous about buying on E Bay again. I used to buy a lot of computer parts and you used more material and care in this one package than all the other parts combined! Shipping was fine and the cup looks as good as my first one did when I got it almost 13 years ago. It looks brand new!!!
