  This seller is A SCAM ARTIST!!! horrible and a RIPOFF. I ordered 2 hats and received only 1. The 1 i did get isn't fit for anything and looks horrible. He promised a refund, nothing. I told him I was going to report him and give negative feedback? He said he'd refund me right away & add 3 bucks. I don't care just want my refund. He gave me only 3 dollars. I sent a follow up response and haven't heard ANYTHING
