This item was shipped to me from Europe but when this vintage Christmas tree arrived, one of the metal rods was missing in the box. It may have slipped out of the package during shipping. I immediately wrote to the seller who was very fair and professional. Because this metal rod was needed to assemble the tree, she apologized and refunded the full amount to me. The situation was handled very efficiently and professionally. I am very grateful!
