    Never received the item. Shipper indicated on the day of expected arrival it was damaged and being sent back to seller. It is now 1 full month later, and I have not received a refund. The seller has the tracking information, and should issue a refund the moment the shipper indicates they are shipping item back to the seller. Making me wait more than a month is not fair.

    The tracking of 8/07 indicates that the item (in Canada) was being sent back to me, the seller. As of 8/27, the item has not been returned, and the tracking has not been updated by the shipping company since 8/07. Since this is an international shipment, eBay is directly responsible for returns/refunds. The buyer has never contacted eBay for assistance with this transaction, as is the proper procedure. This could have been settled weeks ago if the buyer had contacted eBay correctly.
