A generally positive experience. However, I bought 3 of these and they arrived carefully wrapped in parts that had to be put together (ball, leaf cluster and bead). Luckily, I used to make jewelry and had the tools and knowledge for how to reconstruct them. The description never mentioned this and I didn't really have the time during a busy holiday season (yet needed them for Xmas decor) I also think there needed to be a second bead for each cluster.

Just to make it clear to everyone who reads the buyer's comment-- there is only one bead per cluster, not two, so nothing was missing. This is just the buyer's opinion about the aesthetics of the piece, but nothing was missing from her package. And furthermore, putting the piece back together was so simple that I am surprised it was even a problem. It was just two pieces to string on a wire. I am honestly confused by the feedback received from this buyer.
