  The service level is very poor. I placed an order on June 13th. They informed me that it would arrive on June 25th. However, on June 25th, the goods were not dispatched. I took my family on a camping trip on June 29th. I had to go to Walmart to purchase the items. The order didn't arrive until July 3rd. They asked me to return the goods and made me pay $11.07.
