    Seller listed the item as 'Open Box' and 'New without tags, cable still sealed in original plastic, no visible flaws', but did not include the power cable. Refused to send one, or admit that the listing was less-than-truthful, so I offered to let him buy a cheap replacement send it to me, and he refused. I offered to one and small refund, and he stopped communications. I'd be careful, and get it somewhere else if you can. Not trustworthy enough to list the thing as parts, or correct issues.
