I'm George Tselentis. Born in Southern Africa with a passion for precious metals.
I have been involved in designing, making and selling gold and silver jewelry since 1984, when I worked with Athens' finest jewellers.
I opened my small store in Plaka, Athens and in 2013 opened a store, "the little shop Athens".
We gave this name due to the size of the actual shop, as we had never imagined the potential behind internet selling.
Of course, my goal has always been statement jewellery, big stuff, handmade show stoppers! I don't really like little trinkets!!
After all these years, we have brought our shop to a completely different level, by collaborating with skilled craftsmen, creating elegant byzantine jewelry, evil eye amulets, octopus jewellery, snake rings and snake bracelets, silver ram heads, lion cuff bracelets and other animal art, all inspired from classical jewelry found in historical sites and museums.
