I received a damaged product from this seller, and when I contacted them, they claimed the item I received wasn’t even theirs. Very disappointing and unprofessional response. Instead of resolving the issue, they tried to shift the blame.
They shipped a funko with no protection to the original packaging. The exterior USPS box was smashed and crushed the original packaging. They claim it’s not their product.
Buyer BEWARE! If something goes wrong, don’t expect accountability.

Buyer said damaged in shipping so we happily sent label we paid for, and asked for additional photos to file. Asked twice for photos, no response and two weeks went by without them shipping back. Messaged theyd be sending and we asked for photos again. Photos did not match our item with distinct areas missing and they are sending their damaged item they had. They sent messages calling us a liar, theyd ruin our reputation, false report us for scam, and left false feedback saying no protection.
