    Contacted the seller, there was something on the face of the doll & a stain on the bottom of the dress of the doll which was mentioned on the listing. The seller responded to my concern regarding the stuff on the face, which I was able to remove, however I had to send another message regarding the stain on the skirt. Their response was, "I could return it." I did not return it but I asked for a discount and suggested for the amount I paid for shipping. I never heard back from them.

    While the doll did arrive as scheduled, I was taken aback when I noticed that her hair was clumped and stuck together. Whatever spilled on the doll, spilled while it was in the box, which was also smashed and quite dented. Though I wanted to display the entire package (doll and box), I neded up tossing the box and displaying the doll only.
