I can't help wondering where it has been over the years as it has plenty of dust on it, yet is almost as new. Must be an attic find I think! Another wagon I have been looking for over the last few months and requires nothing more than a clean and a little weathering to make it ideal for the resurrected layout I'm rebuilding.

Had some modification to the wheels (probably because the originals were too deep in the flanges to run on modern track). I've replaced the plastic wheels with metal wheelsets and it runs very nicely. Just a wagon that I was looking for. Packed nicely and exactly as photos and description. Someone took a lot of time and care building up this loco and tender. It was obviously once a loved item. I took all afternoon to strip down and repair the damaged parts, then added the remaining handrails and some real coal onto the tender. Runs quite sweetly and looks like a real 3F again. Nice match for the rest of the 3F locos on my layout and in correct livery. Didn't even need a repaint just a little touching in.
