    Packing was not carefully planned out and affected the overall appearance of the picture unfortunately. Because the packaging was not up to speed now there are creases in the picture.

    It took 1/2 an hour to make a custom box. The postal service crushed the box. Im so sorry about that out of my control. I offered you a replacement.
