  I'm happy with what I purchased, but shopping took way too long. It took the seller over a week to ship it to me. I can understand if some emergency happened, but I would think they'd let me know. It's especially surprising because I bought this from the seller's discounted offer.

  I am glad you are happy with the item purchased. Yes, I agree the shipping did seem to take longer than it should have. The timing of the purchase was on a busy holiday week and USP Ground can be very slow. Return it for a full refund if that would make it right. Please let me know.

  The doll in very good condition but the box is totally broken regarding its top and bottom plastic end with missing stand

  I am sorry you were not pleased with your purchase. There are photos showing the box condition and the box was never opened. There shows no stand included with this doll. A black platform shows in the back photo and that was in the box according to the photos i took. If you wish to return it I would be more than happy to refund your money completely. Let me know.
