They have waited five days to ship. They didn't follow instruction for shipping. They used USPS for the shipping instead o UPS. Cheap!! I also requested several times for the UPS Track number with no reply. I willnever purchase from them again!! Michael Bock 312-961-6494

We have regular office hours here at Lux USA, since you purchased Friday night we shipped it out on our normal shipping day the week after as we handle many orders all at once. It is noted on our listing that shipping was included for FREE ;) and that we use USPS. We didn't recieve additional payment from you to use a different carrier if that was desired. Your yellow bag is gorgeous and you got an amazing a deal on it. I know it will be enjoyed!
