About us

We have been cleaning out estates, garages, and storage units for almost 15 years and love to share our treasures through Madis Place. While understanding that we unfortunately do not know anything about many of the items we sell. There are times we are involved in living estates and receive a lot of history or at least some from the owners. We will always share what we know but always be sure to view all the pictures as they tell the real story and may identify something we missed or just did not have the knowledge of. We very much enjoy wat we do and take a lot of pride in everything we do but are certainly not perfect! But we strive for excellence and perfection in every transaction big or small.

    I would highly recommend this seller. There were some stains on the dress easily missed when doing a quick look. I contacted the seller to make them aware just to show them and they, without asking, fully refunded the item. I don't know what more they could have done👍😄
