    Dear customer, as I explained before, I asked you if you wanted I could give you a partial refund and you could keep the product (which is the same as the one you ordered but a different arm, not cheaper) and you told me no, so you asked for the refund directly to eBay, eBay sent me an email saying that I did not have to do anything that they would take care of everything and after two weeks you wrote to me again saying that you accepted my partial discount but Ebay already refund you
