    The item arrived quickly. However, it was inoperable due to improper power adapters. I reached out to the seller who was responsive. The issue was eventually resolved with a partial refund issued, however I was not happy with the amount of time it took to resolve. The product is still sitting unusable 2 weeks after ordering while I wait for the new power adapters that I had to order myself to replace the improper ones. Positive feedback being left still since the issue was eventually resolved
