    This was a great deal for a brand new tool. Pictures were good and showed the true condition of the tool. I was confident when I bought it that it was exactly as described. Shipping was quick with tracking and it arrived a little faster than expected. It came in the original packaging with a brown cardboard box on the outside. Overall I am very happy with this purchase and the seller’s willingness to negotiate the price. I would buy from this seller again.

    I've almost never dealt with a seller like this one. The fact that he answers emails almost instantly, and he's on track on providing the best support he can. He's incredibly honest. The laptop I received had a small issue. And the seller was amazing and providing as many solutions as he could. He provided a partial refund as a courtesy to that issue. It's very hard to find sellers like him. I will most definitely be buying from him again. Excellent quality and value!!
