    Item was order on August 9th , expected about the 15th and it is now the 21st with no communication. Have contacted the seller.

    You contacted me on the 21st I promptly responded and went straight to the post office to sign the reason why you had no tracking update which they found that your package had fallen behind a bin and hadn't been scanned in I promptly let you know it what was going on and that you should now be able to see your tracking I also apologized for the delay. Had you contacted me sooner the problem would have been resolved sooner. I physically watch the post office scan the item in on the 21st.
