Never replies to messages, takes a week to post an item and worst of all, when she offered to finally post the item or if I just wanted a refund and I chose refund, next minute she posted it which was not what I asked for. I then sent her a polite message saying I don’t understand why you’ve done this and shocker, no reply to this day. She advertises as posting within 0 business days so eBay said she violated their policies.
