A poor seller who will not rectify things if you have an issue. I never got my parcel due to a royal mail mess-up and it’s standard practice for the seller to contact the mailing house if this happens. The seller ignored me/consistently ghosted my messages, refusing to do anything to help me. Completely unacceptable and untrustworthy from a business.

We are sorry that you have felt this way. However, your parcel was delivered, with proof of delivery, a GPS location and a photograph. It took 3 weeks for this to be brought to our attention that you hadn't received a delivery. We advised you that we will need to raise the issue with Royal Mail, which we have done. In the mean time, the dispute you raised with eBay was closed in our favour as the item has been delivered. We did contact you to advise you of this and we did not ignore you.
