Nice selection & very good prices. But seller does not automatically combine shipping expense. Seller's eBay cart is not set up to allow you to request an invoice. Rather, you have to send a separate inquiry to the seller for an invoice. Seller says she "can't" refund excess shipping expense without that separate inquiry, but it's more like "won't." I've received refunds from dozens of eBay vendors. This is my first experience with a vendor that wouldn't do so.

You did not request combined shipping prior to me mailing the items. Nor did you request a shipping refund. It states at the beginning of my listing to READ the listing. Had you waited to pay, I would have send the combined invoice.
