  The handle of the vacuum was missing the locking piece and the handle slides apart from the machine because of this. The seller was fair an agreed to a partial refund since the listing only mentioned cosmetic issues possible. I was satisfied overall because it picks up dirt excellently and swivels nicely. I just have to move it slowly so it doesn't come apart.
