I installed it in the same trees that had supported my previous aerial for the last 10 years using the same counterweight and pulleys allowing movement of the trees. The end crimp pulled out causing the aerial to flail about in stormy weather which then broke the twin feeder at the joint with the SO238. I emailed the seller with the above details saying I would repair the aerial myself and I wasn't looking for anything but my email went unacknowledged.
