    The item is in terrible shape. One of the inside lights is hanging because the piece that hold it is missing or broken! The electrical cord is totally disgusting and is full of old paint and old quemicals through the entire cord. It is so full that when you touch it , gets glue to your hands. It is a fire hazard!
