    NVIDIA remote did not work once I received the package. LED was not lighting up, so I got new batteries. The remote was still not working. Item description says “FULLY TESTED AND WORKS PERFECT.” That was not true. I attempted to contact Media Reload, but did not get a response. I now have to buy a new remote.. I did not get the full product I paid for.
