  Glitchy phone purchases this on accident, even after explaining to the seller they would not accept a return. I believe this was unfair of them as I bought many items from them.

  We are sorry to hear that but why your phone glitching after the fact that item was shipped and received from your end. It took you over two weeks to realize your phone is "GLITCHING". Does not make any sense and very unfair negative feedback.
