    I’m sorry you feel this way. When you had reached out about this item. I had kindly asked you to go ahead and start a return. But you did not want to do that. You expected me to go ahead and refund you without getting my item back. I simply stated I needed the item back to fully inspect it before issuing a refund. Then you kept messaging asking for half refund then stated I was being “sore” (sour). I don’t believe I was the one being “sore”.
