    I can't rate the item because I never got it. After receiving repeated "it will ship next week", I asked it to be canceled and a refund - they agreed. Then, after I sent repeated "it's not canceled. please cancel now", I filed a case with eBay. On the very day that eBay would step in (don't know if they did), a cancel and refund came... about a month after purchase. While all this was happening, after they agreed to refund, I bought one from another vendor (not eBay) and received it in 5 days.

    They indicated the product was shipped multiple times but the tracking number was invalid every time. The product never arrived and I filed a claim with ebay that is still pending. Poor customer service, poor communications. I would avoid this vendor.
