    Delivery, got told it was going to be delivered by FedEx on one day even after confirming with the seller on the delivery date, it came the day after. The laptop itself is fine. There are some places that show damage ( but no issue as it refurb). The bottom cover wasn't on properly, clips had been missed on one side, again no issue because I was able to sort it out. Overall very happy with it. ATM I will update this if anything crops up, but for what I paid, I recommend them highly
