    I received the incorrect product and the seller said the correct product is in the mail but it never arrived nor could it be tracked. The seller asked to be notified if it hasn’t arrived today but the link to the seller doesn’t work. Can you help?

    Hello, I have replied to each concern and issued a refund. I did send the wrong set of filters initially then sent the correct immediately upon being notified. At this time no updated on shipping has been provided by USPS. But your refund has been processed.
