    I’ve just been informed that it is possible that not all of these products have the holographic tag so I’m unsure on authenticity.

    The latest BT21 products are now manufactured with updated packaging methods, depending on the manufacturer. The original box packaging has been changed to a printed package style.     Item was ordered and was going to take just over a month to arrive. We waited until the item was late to contact about its whereabouts because the tracking provided never updated. Item was never shipped out and the response we received was sighting a postal strike that never happened. If the item was never shipped out,no tracking should have been provided and a refund should have been immediately issued. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller. The lack of communication is unexceptable

    We are able to enter the tracking number manually. The order could not be shipped earlier due to the Canada Post strike, which caused Korea Post to suspend all deliveries to Canada. Please note that this was not a regular delivery delay, but a complete suspension of service — the parcel was on hold, awaiting resumption of postal operations.
