As of March 26, 2024 - ebay classified me as a "Below Standard" seller. I have been selling on ebay since the 90's. Excellent ratings, never have I been "Below Standard". I had a few back to back family emergencies and I had to move my inventory 4 times since covid. Some things became misplaced so when the item sold and I could not find them, ebay penalized me - even though I offer the customer extra $$ to find another item or I refund in full immediately. I assure you I did everything in my power to keep track of the 1000 items I was moving, but I am human. Ebay does this automatically, nothing I can do. But I thought if anyone took the time to read this, they would understand why the "below standard" rating.
