I was nervous about dealing with this seller due to the relatively low (95%) satisfaction rating and some very negative reviews. I wanted this specific 35 year old ironstone teapot - no other one would do. I must have looked for another one to buy for nearly a year before I gave up and decided to give Michelle the benefit of the doubt. I am so glad that I did! It was a good transaction in all aspects and the teapot was actually in better condition than I expected and well wrapped to travel!
