It’s a great phone it came in its original box with its original charger and instructions. The 2 downsides are when I powered the phone on it said first call made in 2019. How is that possible if it’s a brand new phone ?? The other downside is this Phone came out in 2017 all carriers shut down 3G network in the U.S. in 2022 which I didn’t know so I have had no luck getting cell phone service for this phone. At this point, it’s pretty much been a play phone and only works on Wi-Fi
