We ask that in the future you please pay attention to the estimated delivery dates within an eBay listing and our descriptions clearly state items may take up to 30 days to be delivered due to unknown stock quantities with our suppliers. We haven't done anything wrong here and spent £10 more than usual for 24hr special delivery to help you as it was urgent for you. We disagree with your negative comment here and feel we have gone beyond our normal standard delivery (free) service
