    Nice price and seemingly knowledgeable seller. Seller claimed "functional, testes..." Shipping was OK and the GPU was packed well. Sadly, it would not work in my system. My computer would not even boot into the bios screen, much less get to loading software. I have a 750 Watt power supply with PCIEX power for the card. Every other GPU I've used has worked well. Thanks to the seller's return policy, it is being sent back at no charge to me. I would buy from this guy again. Cautiously/
