    This item was advertised as NEW. These eyeglasses frames are clearly old. To make matters even worse. They still had the seller’s prescription installed in them. If you need to lie, then it’s something that you should NOT do.

    The item was never advertised as new. It was clearly listed as Pre-owned in the condition field and described in the listing as being in “good used condition.” I also clearly stated that the lenses would need to be replaced, the lenses were included as templates only. The buyer either misread or ignored the listing details. I stand by the accuracy of the listing and do not lie about item condition.
