I did message on the day of purchase to see if faster delivery was possible and this message was never replied to and was 5 days after ordering that the item was actually posted. The item came in a do not bend cardboard package which was satisfactory. There was no frame with this item, but was still not bad value. So in summary, as described, slow delivery.

  Absolutely terrible communication from seller. I requested tracking several times and made it clear that this was someone's birthday present. Bought on Sep 22nd and still not received. I asked seller to send another one or send proof of refund. Avoid this seller as the stress of their silence made things infinitely more difficult.
