    Delivered loose in a grey plastic bag, quite possibly counterfeit. No packaging whatsoever??? Reluctant to fit these as brakes are so important! Description shows packaged products which is totally misleading. Refund required.

    Thanks. We have messaged you, accepting the return and explaining that the pads are take from a works hop pack and can guarantee they are not counterfeit. Documentary proof is available on request. Send them back and we will refund you. (Sales of over 300 sets, without any complaints can't all be wrong, can they?)
