Everything I sell is from my own personal collections which reflect my passion for music, classic cars, terriers, history, and genealogy. The items I have range from books and magazines to model cars/kits and of course CDs, vinyl LPs, 12" disco singles and more. Before I retired, my profession was a customer experience expert for Fortune 500 companies, so you can imagine how I strive to provide my eBay customers with a prompt, courteous service with products and shipping designed to create a great experience.

My customers know when to expect a shipment to be packaged and sent. They also receive confirmation when I fulfill that commitment. If there are any problems, my customers can expect prompt attention to resolve the issue.
