USPS tracking showed it bouncing back and forth from TX to NJ. I sent a seller a message to inform and see if there was any help they could offer (perhaps confirm correct shipping address etc..). I got no reply. That's not a 5 star experience. Item eventually arrived. Transaction was positive. Communication/customer service was not.
