Seller left me feedback stating they strive for a 5 star experience and to contact them with any issues. Item didn't arrive when expected. USPS tracking showed it bouncing back and forth from TX to NJ. I sent a seller a message to inform and see if there was any help they could offer (perhaps confirm correct shipping address etc..). I got no reply. That's not a 5 star experience. Item eventually arrived. Transaction was positive. Communication/customer service was not.

First thank you for your honest feedback. As explained to the buyer I an email this was an honest oversight on my part, as I did not see his one message that he sent regarding the package delay. Once I realized that there was a message I responded promptly as I alway do. I do truly strive to have every sale a 5 star experience for my buyers.
