The TT is heavy, a brute, a force to recon with, but with the right cartridge it can sing like a canary...sweet notes. That's where the XP5 comes in, as the original factory cart for the1240, they adapt to each other so well and what you get is a well-blended stew of clear and full of rhythm notes.
