The name Magythecat comes from Cat on a Hot Tin Roof. I was lucky to see the play performed live in the UK with Brendan Fraser and Ned Beatty — and of course, I’ve always loved Liz and Paul in the classic film. As the story goes:
“What is the victory of a cat on a hot tin roof?—I wish I knew ... Just staying on it, I guess, as long as she can.”
