    I've fallen in love with this patch. The cobalt blue background is stunningly beautiful. (Maryland police departments usually have the prettiest patches.) The physical quality of the patch is superb. On a tangentially related note, the plastic ziplock bag it was placed inside of was thoughtful. Protecting patches should be a seller's tertiary priority; this seller succeeded.
