    I usually get excellent customer service here . Not with this dude. All he is concerned about is "his part." If you have any doubt that you may not get your product that you purchased , don't deal with this guy. When he does finally respond to you, he is beyond uncaring. Below poor customer service.

    Only partially true. Items sold Aug 13. Shipped Aug 13. Tracking shows Delivered Aug 18th to his location. We DID do our part. He sends 1st message on Aug 29th. We responded on Aug 29th. He has filed an item not received with eBay, which I support, all buyers have that right.
