They never answer my repeat messages. They cancelled my order because I didn't provide my licence plate number for them to check that the parts ordered, fits my car and it won't let you buy again once they cancel the order. I don't feel comfortable to give out my plate number for someone on internet. So apparently you have to confirm car model before you send the order. Never happened to me before. Its a no no for me I'm afraid
