    Tell the truth. The buyer doesn't work or read, but the smart tracker did work. Received returned tracker from him without any packaging, followed the paper directions shipped with the tracker, as I asked him to do before returning it, and the tracker worked 100% fine. Either he can't read or follow directions or he flat out lied to get a full refund.
