Seller is a LIAR. Dishonest about EVERYTHING!! Contacted BEFORE purchase to confirm details. Marked as dispatched on the 6th June. Requested to see the personalisation as it was being sent as gift. NO UPDATE ON TRACKING FOR DAYS AND NO PHOTO!.. Sent a message on the 12th CONFIRMING it had already been shipped. MORE LIES!! I kept asking to just PLEASE SEND ITEM. after they lied. Today 17th STILL NOT SENT ITEM. Sent screenshots showing their lies & CLAIMED to refund. LIE! NOTHING SENT & NO REGUND
